Sherry Ellis's Bio

Tri-Cities has grown from its rural roots into a bustling community of over 360,000. In the 30 years I have lived here, I have heard Tri-Cities described often as the “biggest, small town you will ever live in” because it is welcoming and friendly.

No matter if you are ready to buy or sell a house or not, you probably have goals for your future. I am here to provide advice and resources to help you prepare for your next big transaction. Good relationships are for the long run. If you are young and starting out, have credit issues that need some work, considering relocation from another area, looking to move into a nicer neighborhood, or facing a hardship like foreclosure or divorce, I am here to help. It’s not always about the sale today. Sometimes it’s about building a better future. What will you accomplish if you have the right advisor by your side?

My business philosophy is to provide my buyers and sellers with accurate and transparent information so they can make informed and insightful decisions for themselves. That’s why I readily share a wealth of local, in-depth information that you won’t find on Google, Zillow, or Trulia. My job is to help my clients improve their quality of life and to strengthen their financial position for the long-term.

Let me know how I can help.

Sherry Helped My Family Relocate -- Jan 2020

Photo of Sherry Helped My Family Relocate I met Sherry Ellis when my parents were moving to Tri-Cities. She immediately clicked with my big family. She patiently answered the hundreds of questions we had about the area, the schools, and the lifestyle in Tri-Cities. Sherry helped them find the right home that met the needs of our three-generation family unit. She helped my parents get their questions answered about adding a shop to the property by connecting them with the city planner. Sherry referred my parents to a local loan officer who helped them through their VA Loan process in record time. After the sale, Sherry went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in Kennewick. She introduced my sister to the staff at her children’s elementary school, and she even helped her get a job at a local restaurant! This was more than I ever expected an agent to do, and it was a great help to our family. Thank you, Sherry!
